How we live our lives determines our health and ultimately, our joy. There are times when despite our best efforts, we just can't seem to make a change that we want to. Whether its is weight loss, reacting less to stress, eating/cooking healthier, living with more authenticity, or some other aspect of taking care of ourselves and our families, working with a coach can be the catalyst for transformation.

One of the hardest things to do alone is to make substantial changes in your lifestyle. You want to be healthier, you want to make changes. But you may not know where to start, or what program to follow, how to fit it all in to your life, or you may just need some encouragement along the way.

I understand and have been there, read my story. I have help over 2,000 people within the United States and around the globe through educating and coaching clients to make the most important lifestyle changes in their life and I would love to help YOU.

Research have shown that nearly 80% of all chronic disease (including diabetes, heart disease and stroke) is related to lifestyle behaviors. Living a healthy life can prevent, manage and in some cases, reverse chronic disease.

​Aside from the long term benefits, the immediate advantage of healthy living on overall health, energy level, mental fitness and personal outlook are paramount. Self care is the part of healthcare that enables us to flourish. 
​Each coaching session is tailored to the individual. Yet there is a basic structure to the process. There are a variety of programs offered depending upon your needs, goals, personal preferences and budget. In general, coaching sessions are conducted twice or four times a month in person, by telephone or vis Skype or Zoom with me.

In addition to 30 or 60 minute coaching sessions, handouts, home assignments, email and/or texting accountability check-in occur between sessions. Depending on your goals, you may also receive reading, recipes, cooking or grocery shopping guidance etc.
